‘We are truly delighted to have won the Employer award! We had a ‘post award’ debrief on Tuesday and brainstormed ways we can use the award to promote our campaign both internally and externally. We had a great discussion and have generated many new ideas on how we can extend our outreach programme further, increase the number of STEM ambassadors and upskills all of our managers driving accountability to really make a difference and shift the dial. The award has really raised the awareness of WISE and STEM in the whole organisation and I have so much positive feedback and people stepping forward to help.’

We took 7 of our apprentices and graduates and they enjoyed the whole experience – from one of them being a judge and meeting HRH, to the food, the atmosphere and the amazing winners.
