The WISE Special Leaders Award for STEM managed by Primary Engineer
Primary Engineer is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2005 with the aim of encouraging more young people to consider careers in STEM related professions.We believe that Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics are key subjects in securing positive opportunities and career paths for future generations.
The WISE Special Leaders Award – A special award for pupils looking to become a Leader for STEM for their school or college. This award recognises female engineers and scientists looking at their careers, work and life to understand what inspires and motivates them.
This an individual award open to female students interviewing women STEM professionals; Primary (5-11), Secondary (11-16) and Advanced (17-23) levels.
The 2012 winners were presented their certificates by HRH The Princess Royal at the 2012 WISE Awards in association with Amey, in London on the 29th November 2012.
