Upskill your employees to become software developers

WISE has partnered with HyperionDev to offer a new initiative – an opportunity for WISE members to offer their employees an opportunity to retrain through Online Coding Bootcamps.

Your team can continue in their current roles and study on a flexible basis to develop a new coding skill set, supported by HyperionDev’s online learning environment and mentoring programme.

These are 6 month training courses in Web, Mobile and Software Development with a time commitment of 8-10 hours a week. The course is designed to develop skills in a flexible manner alongside their existing role. Paired with a 1:1 mentor who supports them through tasks and gives individual feedback to improve learning.

We are offering three courses initially:

Full Stack Web Developer Bootcamp: HTML, CSS, Javascrip, Node.js, MongoDB, Express, React, Python and Django
Mobile Developer Bootcamp: Java, Android and XML
Software Engineer Bootcamp: Python, Java, Machine Learning and Data Science.
