The aim of this survey is to help university departments in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) understand how male and female staff experience their working environment and what, if any, improvements may be needed to ensure equality of opportunity.
It is designed for academic and non-academic staff, at all stages of their careers. The survey explores your experience, knowledge and views on how [name of Department or School] promotes and manages gender equality.
