Tina Bowen is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group. In addition to her role as Director of Capability, this puts her in a very strong position to influence cultural change throughout the business.
Tina has a passion for driving a more diverse and inclusive organisation and has been an instrumental part of Wood’s work with organisations such as WISE, WiN (Women in Nuclear) and more recently working with the Nuclear Institute to setup a North West branch of WiN.
Both Terry and Tina are firmly committed to driving forward the Diversity programme both within the organisation and externally to promote a more inclusive culture for all. This drives significant value for the short and longer term by achieving better Diversity of Thought, which can only be realised through open cultures.
Terry Inns is the Lead for Diversity and Inclusion. He has been with the organisation for over 12 years and in that time has performed many roles from project leadership through operational leadership and latterly functional leadership.
His roles have given him a unique insight into the business and its culture, giving him a powerful mix of experience and relationships throughout the organisation allowing him to engage a wide range of stakeholders and gain their support for driving forward critical business imperatives such as the drive to establish a more inclusive diverse organisation.
