Winning the 2016 WISE Safety Award was the catalyst to change I had never previously felt brave enough to make

To even be nominated amongst such worthy individuals was truly humbling – to win was for me, an extraordinary accomplishment and a proud moment for my family, friends and those benefiting from the Programmes I have delivered.
WISE has given me the opportunity to be with positive, like-minded individuals who share common values and beliefs; winning the award also helped me to refocus personally in order to recognise the skills, capabilities and experience I have to offer others. I realised I no longer had to be limited to one industry – what I do is holistic and all encompassing; age, gender and market sectors are irrelevant.

Winning the award gave me the confidence and the push I needed to set up my consultancy, in order to manage my own destiny and to use my NLP skills to help others to manage QHSE risk, overcome unconscious bias and see a way to eliminate the negative choices impacting performance in the workplace and in life generally.
My quest now is to share the tools and techniques that have given me confidence, in order to improve the self-esteem of others to achieve whatever they want to.”
