In 2014 we launched our Women in Leadership (WIL) initiative with a target of 50% gender split in the top 400 employees. Each department senior exec have bonus related targets for females in senior leadership which are tracked quarterly to monitor progress. We hold regular events specifically to attract women (e.g. Sky partnering with Red Magazine to co-host a series of events aimed at women in tech, providing them coding skills).
