Women in STEM is a core element of Amey’s inclusion strategy. Efforts have focused upon increasing recruitment, retention and the progression of women. In May 2015 we became a signatory of the WISE Ten Steps framework. This model underpins everything we do to deliver our Women in STEM programme.
