Process Manager at British Sugar

I work in a fantastic industry where I get to turn Sugar Beet grown in the East into white sugar that we use every day in baking or just our tea, as cost efficiently as possible. I want work with others to move our industry forward and open up the fantastic opportunities waiting to be seized. Engineering is about solving problems and that is why I’m involved with WISE to see how I can help explain the benefits of a diverse workforce to young people and businesses.

I have been working for British Sugar ever since leaving university after studying chemical engineering. I currently works as a Process Manager at a Sugar Factory in Nottinghamshire.
