Lead digital excellence for Alliance markets (23 GSK markets). Develop relationships and liaise between GSK European digital Hub / LOC MCM and marketing leads, EU ViiV digital lead and ViiV global digital excellence team. Ensure delivery of the ViiV strategy through appropriate use of GSK platforms and provide strategic guidance to alliance markets on the implementation of global content.
Reporting to performance director and head of Alliance.
Support the Alliance region and work closely with the Head of Alliance and Commercial Managers in Alliance, to launch new medicines and deliver excellent performance across the HIV portfolio; including improving the sharing of best practice across the region and globally in ViiV and GSK. Link in closely to medical teams at an above country and local level to uncover the value of digital channels across both medical and commercial functions.
Scope of Responsibility:
• Digital excellence in Alliance
o Enable the LOCs to deliver commercial goals
o Being the voice of the LOC within above country forums
o Anticipates customer acceptance of new digital channels and techniques and utilises to gain competitive advantages.
o Ensuring the brilliant basics are implemented in appropriate alliance markets at the highest standard and these are regularly updated with new content. eDetails, Mass and 1:1 emails, health.gsk websites, Webinars
o Reviewing and measuring against global KPIs and dashboards, monitoring these for Alliance and proposing course correction based on the analytics insight when appropriate
o Sharing best practice globally in ViiV and following up with alliance markets regarding the implementation of best practice
o Support for non rep-promoted brands through non-traditional means
o Supporting and recommending training to up skill digital capabilities where needed
o Linking with ViiV digital leads and IT to support integration of gsk platforms with ViiV content in appropriate alliance markets
• Innovation in digital:
o Stimulating and communicating pilot ideas to address the need of promotion and education without HCP payments
o Running appropriate workshops in alliance meetings and TCs
o Following up with action plans
o Continuous improvement
o Evaluate such pilots and develop plans to implement more widely if successful and terminate unsuccessful pilots in a timely manner.
o Look outside HIV / pharma to discover best practice and communicate internally & develop appropriate STP proposals and plans.
