We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Insight Director to join our Respiratory Commercial Analytics and Insight team to support Trelegy and a wider COPD portfolio. This is a key role providing robust, insightful and objective commercial analysis to drive commercial strategy and decision making.

In this role you will be the customer insight lead for the Trelegy Medicine Commercialisation Team, providing strategic insight and analytical support to drive a successful global launch for Trelegy.

You will manage qualitative and quantitative financial and market data sources, deliver global market research, to ensure that robust evidence-based insight and foresight is available for key decision points in the launch preparation and post launch optimisation for Trelegy. Provide clear, insightful interpretation of available internal and external data to senior internal stakeholders.

The Customer Insight Director works closely with the Franchise markets insight and analytics teams to provide insight and forecasting support to optimise the launch of Trelegy.

In this role you lead initiatives to improve the quality of market / brand understanding and forecasting through analogue and benchmarking exercises based on secondary data and competitor intelligence.

You will define and implement appropriate Trelegy performance measures and KPIs to identify best practices, areas for improvement and support launch optimisation. you will also own and develop the key data assets (e.g. IMS LRx) to provide clear insights into the COPD triple market.

You will contribute to the formulation of product strategy, in conjunction with franchise teams to ensure that maximum return is obtained from the development and commercialisation of Trelegy.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, in pharmaceutical (medical or marketing background), management consultancy or financial institution.
• Good understanding of both financial and marketing processes
• Experience of strategic planning, market research and forecasting/ financial modelling.

Preferred qualifications:
• Analytical and critical thinking capability
• Proven application of commercial analysis and forecasting expertise and ability to provide insightful commercial and market insight analysis
• Understanding of the drug development and commercialization process.
• Experience working within a matrix organisation
• Project management experience
• Experience in working with partners at a local level and across various geographies, to obtain appropriate country-level information and insight
