Within CH2M, we value and actively promote the advancement of women's careers with the knowledge that diversity contributes to our success by attracting the best Talent to our Company and enabling us to serve our clients better. The CH2M Women's Network upholds and promotes this ethos by supporting our women globally through over 30 Women's Network chapters., -. Our focus is to ensure each chapter is working toward the overall vision and to engage more senior women and men to help us along the way.
The aim is to build a diverse global network for women, actively supported by our male and female leaders, to enable gender inclusion in a measurable way, with targeted activities which facilitate the attraction, development, promotion and retention of women at CH2M.
