Happiest has become one of the most exciting and fastest growing female-focused, multi-platform media companies in the UK.

We blend caringly curated content with unique content designed to entertain, uplift and inspire our rapidly growing audience of over 1.6 million. We currently generate 65 million video views, and 20 million users to our site, each month.

In less than a year, with a modest but energetic team, we have achieved incredible things, but now we need the best people on this beautiful planet to join us so we can turn Happiest into a world renowned community and brand.

Amongst other rolls, we're looking for a social media partnership manager to join our fast growing, energetic team and help both manage and expand upon the content sharing partnerships we already have in place.

This role will involve reaching out to like minded Facebook page owners with under-utilised audiences, and offering them the opportunity to exploit the revenue potential of their page by sharing our world class content in return for a cut of revenue generated.

The role is full-time, based in Leeds city centre, with a generous 38 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays) and a highly competitive salary ultimately dependent upon skills and experience.

Our Ideal Candidate Is:

A people person; you need to be able to on-board partners, keep them happy and engaged with / sharing our content.

Deeply knowledgeable about social media and entertainment. You will be tapped into emerging platforms, aware of other successful competitors and campaigns and will have a vision for success in a highly competitive social landscape.

You will be highly self-driven, able to both quickly identify and on-board new potential content partners to help quickly expand the reach of Happiest's content.

The ideal candidate will have:
-Excellent inter-personal skills.
-Strong organisational skills.
-Some experience in sales and/or business development.
-Strong understanding of the Facebook media ecosystem.
-Some experience in Facebook page management.
-Reasonable IT skills

We are open to graduates, but also encourage those with more experience to apply.
